"What the hell is malt?" I wondered to myself while watching the Food Network.
Well, it comes from grains...the malt process involves letting the grains germinate and then quickly drying them. It can then go in beer or whatever; a byproduct goes into malted milk which makes Whoppers and milk shakes and stuff. I am not a big fan.
